Real Life Wednesdays
Sign-Up for Meals
This is a new ministry opportunity called Real Life on Wednesday Nights. Each Wednesday night, our church family will have an opportunity to gather in Garrett Hall for a meal that will be served between 5:30 PM and 6:15 PM. At 6:30, there will be age-level ministry opportunities including Children's Choir, E.P.I.C. for youth, and adult Bible Study. Please feel free to come early (5:00 P.M.) for tea, coffee, and fellowship.
Meal costs will be $5 for adults and $3 for children. Families, no matter how large, will be charged a minimum of $20. The reasonable priced meal will allow the church family to gather for fellowship each Wednesday night. The meal will be offered on a continuous serve basis until 6:15 PM. Meal reservations can be made on Sunday morning, phoning the church office (432-267-6394), or filling out the form below. (The cut off date for the meal sign up is the Tuesday before the meal at 5:00 P.M.)
Those who wish can then head off to events for children, youth, and adults. The events for children and adults will be done by 7:30 PM, E.P.I.C. will wrap up no later than 8:00 PM.
Real Life was chosen because of the words of Jesus in John 10:10 - "I came so they can have real eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of" (John 10:10 The Message). Real Life on Wednesday Nights is designed so our church family members can step away from the busy pace of life in order to reconnect with the fellowship of the church. It will also allow them to refresh themselves spiritually so they can grow in the "real and eternal life" Jesus came to give.
